Toddler Parties

We took a couple breaks from moving this weekend to attend toddler birthday parties. I love taking pictures of children. They are beautiful, unique, creative and innocent people- enjoying life and living without great fears and stress.
I'm grateful for all of Wyatt's friends--and all they are teaching me.

Happy Happy Birthday

This is my happy happy baby boy who is turning 1 today.
I'm so happy we have made it to this milestone. The first 3 months were really really rough, but Weston has been such a joy the entire time. Weston: so thankful that you are starting to walk, communicate more, and that you are about to be a toddler. You have been such a blessing to our family. God not only healed you from Fragile X, he has given you such a contagious joy. We are so grateful for your life.
Now...your first birthday will be a different one. There will be no big party and you will be getting a gluten free/dairy free cake- but don't worry. Next year will be different. We will be settled in our new home and mommy will have more time to prepare for your big day. Either way, we will celebrate you.
