I'm Back! (from Florida)

I've been gone for a while, but I'm back. Working full time, having just purchased a home, (HUD foreclosure) and taking care of 2 kiddos (one now crawling and one just starting preschool) has not allowed me a moment of rest. Now that we've hired someone at work, I'm hopeful that things will slow down.
This month we took a beautiful, incredibly worthwhile trip to Florida. So thankful for the rest and beach. Before I got married, I made sure I took at least one trip every winter to the beach. I needed it for my mental health :) But ever since having our children, it's made taking trips to the beach much more difficult. This year we did it. My parents were renting a place in Florida and we decided we should go. Was it worth it? Yes! Was it hard at times, yes! We took both of the boys to the beach. Instead of playing with Wyatt in the sand, this momma stayed with baby Weston under the sun umbrella!!! I pushed him around in his stroller so that he'd fall asleep and I could play. Being single and 'laying out' in the sun days are gone- but the joy of seeing Wyatt play in the sand and water were worth it. I hope we can make more memories there every year.
